USAgain’s Business Development Team is seeking an experienced salesperson to take the role of School Program Specialist!  If you are a dynamic, self-motivated individual with a passion for making a positive impact than read on.

We're seeking an enthusiastic energetic School Program Specialist to join our team and promote our TreeMachine Greenraiser clothes collection program to schools. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fun and dynamic environment, loves engaging with people, and is driven to achieve success.

Since 1999, USAgain has operated with a mission to create a better world where PEOPLE and PLANET are given the value and priority they deserve. By acquiring new school partners, we will collect gently used clothes and shoes, and provide communities with a convenient and eco-friendly option to keep apparel out of landfills and give it a second life. Our TreeMachine Greenraiser program is a great way for schools to earn money passively while supporting reuse and tree planting!

 

This role involves utilizing email marketing campaigns, conducting virtual meetings, and fostering partnerships with schools to ensure successful participation in the program. The Specialist will also be responsible for meeting production goals, organizing leads, and providing ongoing support to existing school partnerships.

Email Marketing Campaigns:

• Assist and ensure weekly email marketing campaigns are sent on a weekly basis targeted at prospective school contacts to generate interest in the TreeMachine Greenraiser program.

Virtual Meetings:

• Conduct virtual meetings with school prospects to present details of the TreeMachine Greenraiser program and answer any queries they may have.

School Partnerships:

• Collaborate with existing school partnerships to support their efforts in promoting the TreeMachine Greenraiser program to their staff, students, and community members.
• Encourage schools to participate in four clothes collection contests throughout the year, providing necessary support and resources to facilitate their involvement.

CRM Management:

• Maintain organization of leads and opportunities using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, ensuring all interactions and follow-ups are documented accurately.
• Ensure all new partnerships are entered promptly into the database with all necessary agreement and placement documents.

Lead Follow-up:

• Consistently follow up on leads generated from email campaigns, meetings, and other outreach activities to nurture relationships and drive participation.

Company Meetings:

• Attend monthly Division Meetings either virtually or in person as required. 
• Attend events as needed, some light travel may be required.

Annual Salary:  $65,000.00 base salary plus commission 

This is a full-time position and requires in-person attendance.
