- Provide hands-on management of the entire product/program lifecycle, from the analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases of cross-functional
data products and projects. - Drive end-to-end ownership and thought leadership across multiple organizations.
- Partner and influence all levels of cross-functional stakeholders including
cross-organization leadership. - Move internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions, and measure impact by defining meaningful metrics to meet
company growth goals. - Prioritize products and projects based on impact level and leverage data to drive prioritization decisions.
- Foster a culture of data driven decision-making throughout
the entire product life cycle. - Drive visibility, accountability, and execution across their areas of software development for the organization.
- Define and implement strategies to improve
tooling, process and operational efficiency. - Map dependencies and relationship between products, projects and technologies throughout stages of product modification and upgrades.
- Work
with engineering, product, data, and design leadership to define and revise the long-term strategy for the Metaverse software organization around engagement and growth. - Establish
excellent working relations with all partners with an emphasis on maximizing team members' potential, providing day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for products, projects, and
tasks.
- Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field, followed by eight (8) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation. Experience must include 96 months of experience in each of the following:
- 1. Program, project, or technical management
- 2. Working on infrastructure, business solutions, or company growth implementation projects from inception to delivery
- 3. Defining scope, understanding business requirements, and translating needs into technical requirements
- 4. Collecting data points across disparate projects and delivering data-driven insights
- 5. Cross-organizational work in which teams and individuals are held accountable to timelines and deliverables
- 6. Driving internal process improvements across teams and functions to ensure high performance bars are met across the board
- 7. Developing strategies to address tooling and framework gaps faced by engineering teams
- 8. Using multiple communication mediums to distribute information and tailoring a message to an audience
- 9. Define needs to support strategic planning and execution as well as metrics, program requirements and scope and drive product impact
- 10. Experience with APIs and developer platforms
- 11. Experience in quality, security, privacy aspects of developing and managing Product APIs
- 12. Experience working with government regulators and auditors to build, launch and operate programs to achieve and continuously demonstrate compliance
- 13. Experience driving company-wide risk identification and mitigation.
