Senior Systems Analyst

Looking for an experienced System Analyst to join our team.

Duties

• Administration and support of industrial automation and control systems servers, workstations and associated IT hardware including process control Active Directory domain and security services.
• Administration and support of daily systems backups, anti-virus updates and operating system patching.
• Plan, develop and implement procedures and facilitate upgrades to system software and hardware.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems with system and application configurations and setups.
• Direct users to existing training materials and aid in the delivery of training where needed; ensuring recipients understand and can perform the functions required.
• Create and or update training materials when required.
• Assisting business users and other key users in adopting the common standard operating procedures using current systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years pf relative experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent is preferred.
• MCSE is preferred.
• Is articulate, both verbally and in writing, communicates clearly and professionally with staff, providers, and the vendor community and works well in a team.
• Excels at troubleshooting and shows initiative and follow-through.
• Is a responsible innovator who effectively analyzes and prioritizes situations as they arise during the day, responding to urgent requests in a timely manner in an atmosphere with competing demand.
