Customer Service Specialist - Lake Zurich, IL - Position paying to $25.00 per hour depending on experience.

 

DESCRIPTION:

This job classification requires a college degree in related science and/or at least two years of experience in environmental/industrial hygiene laboratory techniques. 

  

Job requirements may include, but are not limited to: 

  

• Performing basic client service functions 

- consulting on sampling and analytical methods 

- interacting with clients on sample results, work order scheduling, status, review and approval 

- authorizing client reports 

- providing basic price quotes and placing media orders
