In this team, we are enabling Finance change, in collaboration with the 700+ Digital Finance Community. This role will support events within Finance focusing on knowledge sharing and digital upskilling. This role is ideal for a student currently studying communications, marketing, or a related field, who is eager to gain hands-on experience in event planning and people upskilling.</p> <p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p> <ul> <li>Assist in the planning and execution of various events, including online events, product launches and community sessions</li> <li>Support the event planning and design of knowledge sharing sessions as well as communications to the Digital Finance community, such as Knowledge Hub content and blog articles</li> <li>Support the team in creating promotional materials and internal content for events</li> <li>Help manage event organisation, timelines and logistics</li> <li>Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement</li> <li>Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement innovative event ideas</li> </ul> </p> <p><span id="cke_bm_402S"> </span> </p> <p><b><span><span><span>Your profile</span></span></span></b></p> <p><br/> <ul> <li>Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program in Communications, Marketing, or a related field</li> <li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li> <li>Proficiency in MS Office, using collaboration technology like SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive would be a prerequisite</li> <li>Experience with social media platforms and content creation is a plus</li> <li>⁠Since we operate internationally, fluency in both written and spoken English is essential; German is an advantage</li> <li>Previous experience in event planning or co-ordination is preferred but not required</li> </ul> </p> <p> </p> <p><b><span><span><span>Your benefits</span></span></span></b></p>   <span><span><span><span>At Uniper, we not only reward our employees with attractive salaries, an excellent company pension and health related benefits for their hard work and dedication to shaping the future energy transition.
