Accounts Payable Specialist

<p>Accounts Payable Specialist</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Process invoices for approval, record expenses, and issue payments<br>Prepare wire and ACH payments, including verifying invoices for domestic and international suppliers and contractors<br>Coordinate with internal suppliers and contractors<br>Coordinate with internal departments to obtain proper payment approvals<br>Complete weekly check runs<br>Reconcile vendor statements; research and resolve discrepancies<br>Prepare and maintain AP aging and related reports<br>Support the month-end close process<br>Perform other accounting duties as assigned</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Minimum 3–5 years of Accounts Payable or general accounting experience<br>Strong computer skills, including intermediate to advanced Excel<br>High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills<br>Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities<br>Self‑motivated and able to work effectively with minimal supervision<br>Positive attitude, high energy, and a collaborative team mindset<br>Experience with top‑tier accounting software is a plus</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>This job description is not intended to be an all‑inclusive list of responsibilities, duties, skills, or working conditions.
