We are seeking a Deputy Director to provide support to our rapidly growing Public Health Division.
Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage assigned projects and resources – ensure teams have the corporate resources and support to provide excellent customer service
- Identify, develop, and win growth opportunities by conducting client research, expanding relationships, and contributing to proposal development
- Support the implementation and monitoring of compliance with corporate policies and procedures
- Provide portfolio operational insight for the senior leadership team
- Support the management of contracts, subcontracts, and vendors, including the development of scope statements and funding modifications
Support Program Managers with workforce management, administration, and client engagement.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS (i.e., Education, Experience):
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or Public Health
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- 15+ Years of experience in federal government consulting with demonstrated career progression from direct client support through Program Management. Experience with HHS, or DoD medical R&D organizations strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership role developing and expanding teams beginning with contract kick-off, through option exercise and PoP close-out.
Lean Six Sigma certification highly preferred.
