Position Summary: Swiftly is searching for a skilled Salesforce admin that will support marketing initiatives, retailer sales flows, advertising campaigns, mange invoices and more. This role will support and work closely with multiple teams and will need strong attention to detail.

Position Summary: Swiftly is searching for a skilled Salesforce admin that will support marketing initiatives, retailer sales flows, advertising campaigns, mange invoices and more. This role will support and work closely with multiple teams and will need strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities Include:
- Ensure the seamless integration of the company website with Salesforce to capture leads automatically. This involves configuring web-to-lead forms and setting up automation rules for immediate follow-up actions
- Maintain high data quality of leads entered into Salesforce. Implement segmentation for targeted marketing efforts, leveraging Salesforce’s dynamic lists and reporting tools
- Develop custom reports and dashboards to track marketing campaign effectiveness, lead conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Analyze data to identify trends, forecast marketing outcomes, and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies
- Customize Salesforce to reflect the unique sales process of the organization. Automate stages of the sales cycle to increase efficiency, from lead capture to opportunity closure
- Manage the Salesforce CPQ module to streamline quote-to-cash processes. Ensure accurate pricing, discounting policies, and approval workflows are in place
- Oversee the product catalog within Salesforce, ensuring all products are accurately represented with up-to-date information
- Ensure billing rules are reflected in the flows and reports in Salesforce. Maintain and improve existing integration to ensure speed and accuracy of invoicing
- Facilitate the billing process within Salesforce, ensuring accurate invoicing and revenue recognition. Integrate Salesforce with NetSuite for financial reporting and analysis
- Ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and NetSuite, particularly for billing and financial data. This requires maintaining up-to-date integrations and resolving any data discrepancies
- Other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, CPQ, and integration mechanisms with other systems like NetSuite
- Ability to analyze data, understand business processes, and provide insights for improvement
- Excellent communication skills to liaise between departments, understand their needs, and translate them into Salesforce solutions
