We are currently looking for a Perfumery & Beauty Marketing Intern at our Princeton, NJ office. 
 

The 2025 dsm-firmenich Summer Internship Program will begin June 9th, 2025 and run through August 14, 2025

 

Our standard working hours are Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week)

Your key responsibilities

• An eagerness to learn about the fragrance industry
• Assist in marketing projects including copywriting, image and trend sourcing, and presentation formatting in support of client briefs and presentations
• Support the development and set-up of Marketing presentations, workshops, and displays for internal teams or external clients
• Stay updated on the latest trends to help support the marketing team
• Participate in client meetings when possible, to gain an understanding of project and client strategic thinking.
• Proficiency in Powerpoint and Excel

You Bring

• Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, Marketing or related field
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Candidates must be available to work full-time beginning on June 9, 2025 –August 14, 2025
• Ability to work a hybrid model both independently and collaboratively – work from home and in-person for major briefs or client meetings
• Eagerness to learn about the fragrance industry
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow

The hourly rate for this position is $23.00 - $26.00 per hour.  Compensation will be dependent on factors that include location, education, training, specific skills, and years of experience.
