About the Opportunity  We are looking for a resourceful and detailed Luxury Procurement Specialist to join our procurement team at our beautiful facility here in Carlsbad,CA. In this role you will be trained to evaluate and appraise luxury pre-owned handbags and accessories (Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Gucci, etc.) from clients online. Responsibilities include:  

• Researching brand, style, and resale value of pre-owned luxury handbags and accessories
• Assessing demand and analyze internal and external sales data to provide accurate and timely quotes to online customers
• Reviewing items in person, including the condition and brand-specific information
• Developing personal strategies for research methods, focusing on efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborating with our showroom and handling a fast paced environment

What We’re Looking For  

• Strong research abilities and extreme attention to detail
• Outstanding written and verbal communication
• Proficient typing skills (30 wpm+)
• Proactive spirit and wiliness to learn, grow and cross-train departments
• Comfortable working in a corporate office setting, sitting for long periods of time at a computer (8 hours per day)
• Ability to work well both independently and in a collaborative environment
• Previous experience in retail, luxury fashion a PLUS

Working Days are Sunday - Thursday with future remote days after hitting benchmarks. 

Pay Rate: This position begins at $22.00/HR for all new hires into FASHIONPHILE's Carlsbad, CA location. Every Employee will have the opportunity for continued promotional opportunities via our Benchmarking Program which offers Title and Pay changes as you grow with the company.
