Hill Vision Services is a lively and fast-paced surgeon's office that specializes in providing patients with the latest in treatment options. We are currently looking for a caring and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will have the opportunity to work in a fulfilling career in healthcare. Worried that you don't have any experience? No problem, we are willing to train the right candidate.

You'll be a great fit if you find joy in:

• Answering phone calls from patients, referring doctors, and vendors in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Having face-to-face interactions with patients to verify demographic and health insurance information
• Updating data in an Electronic Health Record with accuracy and attention to detail
• Collecting payments of all types including cash, checks, and credit cards with professionalism and tact
• Prepping paperwork, mailings, and clerical duties
• Scheduling appointments and managing the office schedule
