Responsibilities
As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for quality assurance oversight of the IC program with weekly spoken and written communication to Customer and Investigator personnel and teaming with Training Specialist, Support staff, and Senior Management.
Hybrid work: Applicant will need to reside within routine travel distance to Reston, Virginia. Travel to Reston, VA to support customer and program operations will be required as necessary.
- Strong knowledge of requirements and review of Background Investigation Reports of Investigations (ROI)
- Understand customer requirements to ensure cases are delivered on time with high quality
- Answer customer inquiries and effectively handling customer concerns
- Implement the contract’s Quality Assurance (QA) Plan and prepare monthly reports concerning QA efforts.
- Strong understanding of Federal Investigation Standards (FIS) and Background Industry coverage requirements
- Ability to manage multiple and sometimes changing projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Capable of developing requirements for tracking and assessing program metrics, compliance, and risks, and developing metrics to evaluate them.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

- US Citizen
- Current Top-Secret security clearance willing to complete polygraph at customer request
- 3+ years of Background Investigation experience
- 1+ years experience implementing quality assurance plans
- 1+ years experience training to Federal Investigative Standards

Target Salary Range
$66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.Apply for this role
