This role involves analyzing healthcare data, generating actionable insights, supporting Prompt's clients on the Prompt BI platform, and supporting sales efforts for the Prompt BI platform.

Responsibilities:
External:
Collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare-related data to provide actionable insights that inform business decisions. Design and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and presentations tailored to stakeholder needs.
Develop and maintain custom dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to clients
Respond to client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide expert guidance on the Prompt BI platform that enhances the customer experience.
Support sales initiatives by conducting product demos and identifying opportunities to showcase the value of the Prompt BI platform
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, gaining a deep understanding of their need to ensure project goals are aligned with organizational objectives.
Recommend and help implement process improvements to optimize performance, enhance patient outcomes, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and IT teams to gather and document business and system requirements for new projects or process enhancements. Translate these requirements into clear technical specifications for system development.
Internal:
Collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare data from various sources. Perform data validation and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements, provide analytical support, and assist in the development of data-driven strategies to improve healthcare delivery.
Present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Knowledge of the healthcare industry and revenue cycle management.
Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Familiarity with healthcare data standards (e.g., ICD-10, CPT codes) and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, Meaningful Use)
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience facilitating meetings, documenting requirements, and presenting findings to diverse audiences.
Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
