About the Role:Join West-Hill Carstar as an Automotive Parts Manager and play a crucial role in our commitment to excellence. We are seeking a dynamic individual who is passionate about automotive parts and customer service, ready to lead a dedicated team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the automotive parts department to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock control to meet customer demands.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to both internal and external clients.
• Train and mentor team members on product knowledge and best practices.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with suppliers to source quality parts at competitive pricing.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an automotive parts manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
• Proficient in inventory management software.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.

Compensation: $25.00 per week
