QualificationsWho you are:


1-3 years of experience managing scheduling for 75+ staff
Previous experience with senior living, nursing home or hospital staffing preferred
Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated
Must have the skills to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment
Must possess effective interpersonal communication skills, as well as the ability to deal tactfully and pleasantly with staff
Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to communicate and present in person, in writing, and on the telephone effectively in English


Essential Job Duties:


Responsible for creating, adjusting, updating, and finding appropriate coverages for floor staff working in the Health Care Center
Works in conjunction with the Assisted Living Staffing Coordinator to provide coverage for days off and vacations, as well as support as needed.
Provides New Hire support by meeting, greeting and communicating with new employees and assuring trainings are completed before providing schedules for floor assignments
Prepares daily staffing report for review by the Administrator
Approves timecards and time off requests for floor staff
