Role Description: We are seeking experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in Java development, strong expertise in Spring frameworks, AWS, and MongoDB, and a passion for building scalable applications.

You’ll be responsible for (Responsibilities):

• Oversee the design and development of complex applications
• Guide junior developers and provide mentorship
• Ensure code quality and enforce best practices
• Identify and resolve critical technical issues
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Write optimized Java code
• Utilize frameworks effectively for scalable solutions
• Build and manage APIs
• Conduct thorough code reviews
• Use development tools efficiently
• Ensure application security best practices are followed
• Create and maintain detailed design documentation
• Propose improvements to existing Java infrastructure

You’ll have (Qualification & Experience):
