Take your career to new heights with NorthStar Anesthesia as the Assistant CRNA Chief at Chesapeake Regional Medical Center in Chesapeake, VA, located in the popular area of Hampton Roads. This full-time, W2 opportunity promises not just a job, but a chance to lead, grow, and thrive in a supportive environment with an excellent culture.  This leader will receive a strong annual compensation up to  $270,000 plus a $10,000 Assistant Chief Stipend, inclusive benefits, and a  $80k sign-on bonus with  6 to 7 weeks of PTO. We welcome applicants at all career stages and value diversity, a servant-style leadership approach, and fresh perspectives.  Case Mix: There is a diverse case mix including general surgery, orthopedics, podiatry, gynecology, gastroenterology, urology, neurology, vascular, and high of volume of obstetrics.    What Success Looks Like:

What Qualifications You Will Need

• Graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs or its predecessor. 
• Hold current status as an Advanced Practice Nurse Anesthetist by the State Board of Nursing for the State of employment. 
• At least two years of CRNA experience outside of education completion.
• Insurable by an appropriate medical malpractice insurer for the limits required by the group, institution, or state.  
• CRNA may also be required to hold additional licensures, certifications and/or education as required by facility and/or state for which they are assigned.
