Mid Level - Project Facade Specialists, Senior Facade Specialists, Project Managers

DeSimone is currently seeking qualified candidates for ALL LEVELS in our Facades practice. Open positions include Facade Engineers, Facade Specialists, and Project Managers.
Entry level positions will start at $60,000, dependent upon education, practical experience and geographic location.

All Mid Level positions will require the following MINIMUM qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil or Structural Engineering. Master's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years full-time AEC experience
• Prior full-time building envelope experience preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, LBNL Therm/ Window/ Optics, Revit, Rhino
• Experience and expertise with a variety of building envelope systems and materials

At DeSimone, we believe in transparency when it comes to salary and hourly rates for our job postings. Our pay range represents the range of salaries or hourly rates that we think, in good faith, we might be willing to pay, for the posted job in the specified location(s).

For this particular position, we expect to hire near the middle of the range. To be considered for this role, we are looking for candidates with at least 3-5 years of experience in the industry, and Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil or Structural Engineering, Master's degree preferred.

We understand that there may be rare and exceptional circumstances where an external candidate has experience, credentials, or expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position. In these cases, we may consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range.
