Job Description

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Concierge to join our team in Centennial, United States, on a PRN (as-needed) basis for both day and night shifts. As a Concierge, you will be the face of our organization, providing exceptional service and support to our guests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable.

• Welcome and greet guests upon arrival, offering a warm and professional first impression
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
• Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events, offering personalized recommendations based on guest preferences
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
• Coordinate various guest services, including transportation, reservations, and special arrangements
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Handle any guest concerns or complaints with tact and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as answering phones and managing correspondence
• Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and property management systems
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
• Knowledge of the local Centennial area and surrounding attractions is highly desirable
• Multilingual abilities are a valuable asset
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally assist with luggage
