• Some need help with mobility, personal care, and day-to-day routines.
• Others simply need a kind presence — someone to help with small tasks, share conversation, or lend a hand with meals or laundry.
• Some face challenges like dementia or Parkinson’s, while others are relatively independent but need peace of mind that someone’s there.

Shifts:·       If you’re looking for shorter shifts, we have 4-6hrs ... our longer shifts range from 8-12hrs.·       We have Weekday, Weekend and Overnight shifts ... the mix can vary from week to week. 

What You’ll Do:

• In all cases, you provide safety, comfort, and companionship.
• In some cases, assist with personal care: helping them transfer from bed to walker/wheel chair, bathing, dressing, toileting (if that matches your preferences).
• Sometimes provide the light housekeeping and meal prep they are unable to do themselves.
• Monitor clients shift by shift and report any changes you observe to our care team.

What We’re Looking For:

• A patient, compassionate, reliable person with a strong work ethic.
• A valid Florida driver’s license and a reliable vehicle (with current insurance and registration).
• A Level II background check (we’ll help if you don’t have this yet).
• No felony convictions.

Pay: Starting at $18.00-20.00/hour, with some flexibility depending on the circumstances.
