Creative Production Manager

Your mission

As Creative Production Manager (m/f/d) you will manage big projects for our content and design teams, making sure stakeholders are briefed well and the quality of our results is high and right for all our international audiences. You’ll also be the go-to person working with our amazing freelance team to bring top-notch marketing projects to the world.

 

Your Profile

• Previous experience in a creative team, either in design or content marketing, for B2B brands.
• Strong track record of overseeing multiple creative projects from inception to completion.
• Excellent level of English (C2 or native) in written and verbal communication, German and other European languages are a plus.
• Experience managing and negotiating with external creative agencies, freelancers, or other third-party marketing providers.
• Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple deadlines simultaneously while staying calm and focused in our fast-paced and changing start-up environment.
• You love coming up with new ideas, testing new approaches, and are driven by the results.
• Ideally, you're passionate about technology and cyber security.

 

Your tasks

• Lead and oversee projects that intersect with our content and design divisions, such as the strategic localization of our website for our international expansion.
• Cultivate professional relationships with external creative collaborators, from onboarding to contract management, briefing, budget oversight, task delivery, and quality assurance.
• Facilitate alignment between external freelancers and internal resources, ensuring the production of marketing materials that meet our quality standards.
• Develop and oversee project timelines, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within the set budget.
• Collaborate with the Web Lead to format and publish content, while ensuring it's optimized for search engines.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess the success and areas of improvement.
