Job Description
As a Line Leader you will be responsible for managing the total operation of the production line to maximize performance within established safety, quality, and cost parameters.
The Line Leader should have:
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and energize hourly and salary team members
- Strong desire and drive to learn new systems and processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office, including experience using Excel for data analysis
The Line Leader will:
- Serve as a customer liaison and ensure customer quality requirements are met
- Analyze production data and identify opportunities for increased productivity and quality
- Drive to key performance goals for production lines
- Work with various departments on short term and long term projects
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent is required
- Bachelor’s degree (Production or Operations Management, Business, or related discipline) is preferred
- At least 1 year experience supervising people and processes in a manufacturing environment

What we offer at O-I:
Salary Range: The expected salary range for this position is between $80,000 - $99,000 and includes a possible 12% quarterly incentive bonus. Actual pay will be adjusted based upon candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
