Job Description Summary

Come help the Office of Student Financial Assistance! The selected student will work within a variety of units and assist with day-to-day tasks and project work.

Hours can range from 10-20 hours with very flexible scheduling.
• Work assignments require limited direction and supervision.
• Ability to provide training or tutorial consultation for employees or students.
• Assist in planning or producing instructional materials.
• Work directly with management on technical tasks.

Job Description

Job duties include, but are not limited to the following:

Essential Duties

  • Assist with reviewing and updating financial aid web pages, Banner Self-Service, and emails. 
  • Work collaboratively with management and team members on special projects, including the implementation of Workday.
  • Perform audits on electronic scholarship files for compliance and retention purposes.
  • Thoroughly review and test financial aid forms, student and parent dashboards, and form communications.
