Position Details
This position manages clinical and support services for our foster care program. These include providing clinical staffings to ensure progress towards permanency for reunification cases.Enhanced Foster Care services, and Supportive Visitation services. A master's degree in social work or other clinical field is highly preferred.
Hybrid Work Enviroment, Some days and hours are onsite at Grand Rapids office.

This position has a pay rate of $57,000.00 annually

Provides primary administration of assigned programs; advises and assists the Director in supervision, personnel management, and program development within the overall program and objectives of the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities

Qualifications
Education, Training, and Licensure/Certification
- Master's Degree in a Human Services related field with one year supervisory experience and three years’ experience as a social services worker; Or
- Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services related field with two years supervisory experience and four years’ experience as a social service worker.
- State of Michigan licensure preferred.
