The Royal Caribbean Group has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Project Associate, Financial Transformation Services reporting to the Director, Project Management Financial & Operational Services
Position is onsite and based in Miami, FL
Position Summary:
The function of the Project Associate, Financial Transformation Services is to provide support to the Program Director with the implementation of the Oracle Fusion Cloud and related implementations. Coordinates meetings with various groups to maintain visibility of all project activities. Projects assigned are typically top priority, high profile, and multi-departmental initiatives for the organization and thus require continuous communication and interaction with the Program Director. Supports all aspects of project planning, tracking, and status reporting. Assists Program Director with summarized reporting of different aspects of the project(s).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Project coordination and support the development, tracking/monitoring and reporting of several small to medium size projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of project outputs.
- Coordination of testing events for SIT1, SIT2, and UAT which will involve arranging for session rooms, ensuring participants are appropriate and in not conflict with any other meetings.
- Use project management skills to stay on top of open items, follow up items, action items coming out of SIT1, SIT2 and UAT testing events (defect resolution, retesting, Oracle SRs)
- Assisting the Program Director with summarization of testing results for management reporting.
- Leads and administrates team meetings and drafts communications of project status based on pre-defined templates.
- Supports project teams in collection of quantitative/qualitative statistics, performs basic numerical analysis (financial, statistical).
- Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelors degree with a concentration in Business
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with little to no guidance.

- Experience: 2-3 years within a large corporation or consulting firm.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills a must.
