In this role as Auditor Technician II, you will audit billings, postings, and income functions of billing account administrators. Logistics
This position is full time (40 hours/week) Monday-Friday 8 hour shift between 7:30-5:00 on-site at the Percival Road location with the possibility to have some W@H capability after 90 days of training.
What You Will Do:
- Processes all payments off outstanding wire ports.
- Processes all payments off cash suspense report. Processes cash suspense items and ensures corporate standards are met.
- Sets up groups for drafts. Ensures that drafts are processed timely and accurately.
- Moves payments between accounts. Communicates with other areas as necessary.
- Processes checks from web exception that cannot be posted by the Treasury department.
- Researches and refunds overpayments as necessary.
- Assists management in the training of staff. All other duties as assigned such as completion of development goals, processing live checks and sending them to the cash office within 24 hours or any other items assigned by management..
To Qualify for This Position, You Will Need:
- Required Education: Associate's OR 2 years job related work experience
- Required Work Experience: 3 years of administrative/clerical support, customer service, and/or membership/billing/accounts experience.
