Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Clinic Operations Manager to join Applebury Behavior Associates. This position is crucial in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of all our centers. The Clinic Operations Manager will act as a key liaison between executive leadership and oversee daily operations, fostering collaboration with clinical directors and managers on the development and implementation of program initiatives and operational improvements. The role will focus on optimizing processes and facilitating training throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in office management, exceptional leadership skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and a proven track record of successfully managing teams to achieve organizational objectives.Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations across all centers to ensure high-quality client care and efficient workflow.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve proprietary tools and systems, and implement operational processes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Lead and manage clinic staff, conduct performance evaluations for all direct reports, and implement comprehensive training programs.
- Work closely with the Human Resources department to lead the team with integrity while cultivating a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment.
- Ensure adherence to BACB standards as well as other applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
- Weekly travel to Applebury Behavior Associates sites is required.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role in office or operations management. Experience in medical or healthcare administration is a plus.
- Proficient in office management practices.
- Experienced in fiscal management within a clinic setting.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to effectively lead diverse teams.
- Familiar with records management systems and various administrative support functions.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for interaction with staff, clients, and stakeholders.
