• Detail plaza responsibilities and customer interaction.  

• Understanding and Explaining Wash Packages. 

• Process Cash, Gift Card, and Credit Card Transactions at Pay Terminal.  

• Acquire membership through engaging conversations with customers.   

• Choosing the Correct Rewash Option. 

• Mastery of Load-on Procedures – Understanding the “Why” of the Procedures. 

• Understanding of Site and Equipment upkeep Standards.  

• All other duties as assigned.   

Essential Functions:  

• Ability to stand for your entire shift of up to 8-12 hours.   

• Ability to bend and stoop for long periods of time during your shift.  
• Ability to work in wet/humid conditions that include odors/dust for 8-12 hours.   

• Ability to lift, carry and reach overhead on a frequent basis.   

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally during your shift.  

• Ability to work in a noisy environment.  

• Ability to work comfortably on a ladder regularly during your shift on an occasional basis.   

Leveling of CSR:  

• CSR Level 1 – 0-6 months' work and/or volunteer service.  
• CSR Level 2 – minimum of 6 months' work and/or volunteer service or combination thereof.  
• CSR Level 3 - minimum 18 months of work and/or volunteer service or combination thereof.  

Upon offer, candidates are required to complete a pre-hire background check.
