HR Country Manager Spain & Portugal (m/f/d)

<p> Req ID 68891 Madrid, Spain<br/>      </p> <p>What you can look forward to as HR Country Manager Spain &amp; Portugal (m/f/d):</p> <ul> <li>Main HR responsible for Spain &amp; Portugal and the respective local specifics (law, rules &amp; regulations, works agreements, etc.) are respected in HR (daily work, projects)</li> <li>Delivers HR functional excellence &amp; savings</li> <li>Labor Relations strategy &amp; implementation; negotiation strategy labor contracts, Employee Relations strategy for non unionized sites</li> <li>Coordinates the activities regarding execution of defined range of tasks related to daily, operational and project HR activities (ensure delivery on quality and cost), realization of the talent strategy</li> <li>Implements standards &amp; ensures harmonization in HR in the country, ensuring local specialties been respected by CoE</li> <li>Delivery of Business transformation and/or HR Function change projects in the country</li> <li>Leverages Country HR scale to do localization and local solution development</li> <li>Operative local responsible unit for specification and application of collective agreements, remuneration contracts, etc.</li> <li>Approves replacements &amp; add. headcount in HR in the country</li> <li>Lead all Site HR teams in the countries</li> <li>Interface to all Divional HRBPs being present in Spain &amp; Portugal</li> </ul> <p><br/> Your profile as HR Country Manager Spain &amp; Portugal (m/f/d):</p> <ul> <li>Professional experience in HR of at least 10 years, in an international and/or regional environment; master’s degree in a related field</li> <li>Profound knowledge in HR (“Generalist”), i.e. HR processes &amp; tools, C&amp;B, People Development.
