We know fun, and we always have a team event on our calendars, so are you ready to join us?</p><h3></h3><h3> <br/>Role |</h3><h3></h3><p>We are seeking a Project Operations Coordinator to join our team in Barcelona. In this role you will oversee the home transformation process of new apartments in Barcelona managing the projects´ budgets and schedules to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of each project, whilst meeting Ukio´s quality standards. We are a new start-up, so you’ll be given a high degree of autonomy and expected to deal with numerous challenges and opportunities along the way.</p><h3><br/></h3><h3>Responsibilities |</h3><ul> <li>Oversee internal and external suppliers involved in the home transformation process</li> <li>Work cross functionally across Ukio departments including Design, Supply Chain, Revenue and Guest operations enforcing a smooth process, communication and information flow</li> <li>Ensure the basic functional operation of apartments before Guest Ready date including electricity, gas, water, insurance and internet</li> <li>Manage efficient allocation of team´s time and resources</li> <li>Manage and coordinate with third party service providers (i.e. plumbing, electricians, house cleaning, painters, carpenters etc.)</li> <li>Provide data-driven recommendations and process improvements to drive higher operational efficiency, customer service, and quality of stays</li> </ul><h3><br/></h3><h3>About you |</h3><ul> <li>You have 2+ years of operational and/or customer service experience in hospitality/vacation rental industry</li> <li>Significant project management experience while working under tight deadlines</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Experience handling customer service issues</li> <li>Fluency in Spanish and English (C1) required</li> <li>Flexible, resilient and content with ambiguity and changes.</li> <li>Confident with working in cross-functional teams</li> <li>Comfortable performing in a start-up environment.</li> </ul><h3><br/></h3><h3>Ukio' s life benefits |</h3><ul> <li>A challenging job at one of the fastest growing companies in Europe</li> <li>Competitive annual gross salary, to be determined in line with your knowledge and experience</li> <li>Bonus Scheme</li> <li>Private Insurance</li> <li>International working environment with many different nationalities</li> <li>Work with talented, committed and supportive teammates</li> <li>Flexible schedule and no dress code!</li> <li>Team events and an amazing internal culture</li> <li>Breakfast in the office, fruits, nutrition bars, free coffee and popcorn for whenever you feel like it!</li> </ul><p><br/></p><p>Ukio's culture promotes and values each individual's contribution.
