Overview
The Manager / Sr. Manager Operations is a key player in our collaborative approach, responsible for the operational support and professional business guidance in conjunction with the Sr Director Operations. The Manager / Sr. Manager works closely with the Sr. Director of Ops, franchise owners, the Denver Support Center, and peers to drive operational excellence and economic improvement for the franchise owners. The Manager / Sr. Manager is one of the primary sources for communication, business analysis, and training, making their role integral to our operations.
The Manager / Sr Manager will address three areas of focus: communication of key support center initiatives to franchise owners, sales and customer experience training and upholding brand standards in conjunction with the Sr Director. The Manager / Sr Manager is an advisor for the studio owners and managers, providing guidance and support in day-to-day aspects of the operations and providing high-level business analysis to ensure the growth and success of the business in the long term. This position is not just about responsibilities but also about personal growth and development. Compensation Range: $70,000 to $85,000. Offers to select candidates will be made on a fair and equitable basis, taking into account specific job-related skills and experience.
Position Responsibilities:
- Ongoing communications with the studio owners to discuss brand priorities, operational focus areas, studio-specific plans, opportunities, goals, and progress toward the goals. Communications for the
- The Franchise Operations team's activities range from quick weekly update videos to set monthly calls, weekly open office hours, and regional meetings a few times a year. They participate in regular conference calls, meetings, and other forums to effectively and efficiently report on business activities and results.
- Leading regional meetings a few times a year to discuss business priorities and train franchise owners and managers on new tools, systems, and best practices to support their success.
- Meet with franchise owners to review business and consumer feedback metrics and build improvement plans.
- Lead a minimum of 3 times a month in-person sales training/ customer service training in a location with franchisees.
- Collaborating with the Support Center to represent Studio Owners to build programs that can be implemented successfully by the studio teams to ensure success. Assisting in developing, managing, and implementing new programs with the Support Center team.
- Addressing ongoing questions or business needs for the Owners.
- Managing a personal work schedule focusing on the highest priorities and ensuring high visibility and interaction with Franchise Owners while achieving positive and timely business results across the Region.
- Other duties and projects as assigned by supervisor and department heads.
Essential Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
- At least three years of successfully supporting franchisees, working in a franchised business, or in a field
- Multi-unit management experience and support are preferred.
- Experience with Amazing Lash Studio, Elements Massage or other brands in the beauty, health, and wellness industries a plus.

The candidate must be an experienced and proven franchise operations consultant who possesses:
- Demonstrated superior leadership skills with a proven track record of coaching, collaboration, and mentoring.
- Personable and able to communicate with all studio team members, from owners and managers to massage therapists and front desk associates.
- Experience supporting franchisees with a genuine passion for coaching for results.
