Job Description
What you’ll do:
As a member of ServiceNow's Executive Communications team, you’ll help top company leaders spotlight our mission, our products, and the people we empower through visual storytelling. Your work will help move the ServiceNow business forward by positioning our executives as visionary leaders on key topics and in moments that matter. You will also be a critical part of the Exec Comms Visual Storytelling shared service, helping scale your impact across the company.
How you’ll do it:
· Serve as a Visual Storyteller for ServiceNow’s top executive leaders.
· Drive the visual storytelling component of a holistic executive communications and thought leadership program, creating compelling visuals that help tell the right story to the right audience at the right time.
· Create presentation materials and other collateral for social media, external events, internal events, speaking engagements, executive forums, product strategy, community building, and much more.
· Create, enhance, and produce big presentations in key forums, with a consistently high bar for craft, quality, and creativity.
· Work cross functionally across ServiceNow Exec Comms to communicate vision, strategy, and impact through a range of methods (including presentations, videos, and other mediums) and on multiple channels (both internal and external).
· As needed, manage outside vendors and partners to execute key projects.

Our team works with ServiceNow’s executive leadership team and other partners across the company to share our story with our people and the world. You’ll partner across multiple teams including Executive Thought Leadership, Executive Social, Now Productions—not to mention executive leaders at the highest level. Your day-to-day partners will be on the Executive Communications team. We’re laser-focused, yet flexible, and are always up for a new challenge.

You’re a strategic thinker, passionate creator, and results-driven Visual Storyteller who understands how visuals shape perception and how stories inspire action. You know how to work backwards from the end result, and always make decisions with the audience in mind. You have high standards for your work but always hit your deadlines. You’re a leader in terms of expertise and the way you show up every day. Plus you don’t mind rolling up your sleeves to get the job done.
Qualifications
· 8+ years of experience in communication design / visual storytelling.
· Demonstrated experience in crafting visual communication materials that help the audience understand enterprise software or similar technology products.
· Ability to represent complex ideas and systems with clear visualizations and illustrations that are both informative and inspiring to the audience.
· Expert knowledge of graphic design, typography, color theory, UI design, layout principles, video editing, narrative structure, and animation.
· Fluency across a range of formats, including presentations, illustrations, storyboards, talk tracks, journey maps, wireframes, keyframes, audio, video, and more.
