Windows Compute team is seeking a senior cloud imaging architect engineer who is smart, curious and loves a challenging work environment. Looking for someone that is well rounded on all cloud platforms and loves working on the latest cloud technology. You’ll collaborate with a fun and close-knit agile team to architect, implement, test and continuously deliver new features and products to our customers.

The Senior Cloud Architect is responsible for the technical planning, architectural development, and modification of specifications within cloud computing environments. This pivotal role involves architecting Humana’s golden image builds across all cloud vendor platforms, ensuring seamless integration and compatibility of standard images to maintain a unified architecture across interdependent technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 7 or more years of technical experience
• 3 years of cloud automation experience  
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
• Cloud Certification in on of the following.  AWS, GCP, Azure

Preferred Qualifications

• Functional experience with Azure Cloud Platform, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Cloud Platform (AWS), and private cloud.
• Experience working in Azure Devops, authoring and executing build and release pipelines.
• Experience working with Ansible Automation Platform (AAP).  Developing and executing Ansible playbooks and workflows.
• Working knowledge of Hashicorp Vault and integration with automation platforms.
• Experience with Hashicorp Packer for golden operating system image creation and customization.
• Strong skillset working with current versions of Microsoft Windows and RedHat operating systems.

Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

 

$129,300 - $177,800 per year

 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
