About the role

Save the Children

For over 100 years, Save the Children has been fighting for the rights of children. The right to a healthy start in life. To have access to education. To be in a safe environment, protected from harm. We work in some of the world’s hardest-to-reach places – over 100 countries, including the U.S. No matter what your role is, when you join Save the Children, you’re creating positive, irreversible change for children, and the future we all share.

The Role

As the Senior Administrator for the Policy, Advocacy & Campaigns (PAC) division, you will provide high‑level administrative, executive, and board support that enables senior leaders and teams to effectively execute on our mission. Reporting to the Chief of Staff for PAC, this role supports both the government relations team of Save the Children U.S. (c3) and Save the Children Action Network (c4).

In this role, you provide high‑level administrative and operational support to the Chief Policy Officer and senior leadership, serving as a trusted partner who uses judgment to prioritize work, manage complex schedules, and support informed decision‑making. You play a central role in board and governance operations, coordinating meetings, materials, records, and onboarding to ensure effective engagement with board members and committee stakeholders. You also lead key operational and knowledge‑management activities across the division, supporting meetings, systems, staffing processes, compliance tracking, and internal communications. In addition, you support strategic initiatives and special projects, acting as a connector across teams and identifying opportunities to improve workflows and processes. A proactive, solutions‑focused approach enables you to anticipate needs and keep day‑to‑day operations running smoothly.
