IPH is seeking a dynamic and innovative People Partner to join our teamThe ideal candidate will adeptly balance strategic initiatives with the day-to-day tactical operations ensuring both long term goals and immediate needs are met efficiently This role requires a proactive individual who fosters partnerships at all levels of the organizationYou will thrive in an agile environment, swiftly adapting to changing priorities and driving solutions to support our dynamic workforce.  

Key Focus Areas:  

Strategic Partnership- Be a trusted advisor to business leaders and assigned management teams to align people strategies with our strategic pillars to drive business resultsProvide guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management.  

People Operations & Compliance Drive initiatives that streamline people processesEnsure adherence to company policies and legal regulations, maintaining integrity and ethical standards. 

Employee Relations - Address and resolve employee issues with empathy and professionalism, by fostering a work environment that promotes a culture of open communication, trust, and collaboration.  

Performance Management – Lead performance management process, providing guidance on goal setting, feedback, continuous improvement, and career development for employees.   

Change Management- Champion change by supporting and guiding employees through organizational transitions, ensuring smooth adjustments and fostering resilienceDevelop strategies to manage change effectively and maintain employee morale  

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Provides guidance on employment law, leaves, performance management, and resolves employee relations issues. 

  • Analyze data and key metrics to provide insights to leadership on workforce trends, turnover and other people related areas.  

  • Educates employees on policies, procedures, and programs. 

  • Cultivate an environment of continuous improvement by challenging the status quo to enhance organizational effectiveness.  

  • Partner with People COE’s to implement and execute strategies across assigned business units.  

 

Required Skills & Abilities 

  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence at all levels of the organization on People related matters. 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships 

  • Deep knowledge of People best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements. 

  • Strong analytical
