As the Principal Inbound Product Manager for our contingent worker solution, you will play a pivotal role in defining and collaborating with design and development teams to create a cutting-edge solution. Your expertise and strategic vision will drive the development of a next-generation solution that empowers businesses to effectively manage their contingent workforce. This role requires a deep understanding of the contingent workforce space, strong product management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our contingent worker solution.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify key market trends and customer needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align product strategy with business goals and customer expectations.
- Work closely with design and development teams to define and prioritize features that enhance the functionality and user experience of our contingent worker solution.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, validate designs, and ensure successful implementation of features.
- Drive the agile development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software releases.
- Collaborate closely with design teams to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that simplify the management of contingent workers.
- Conduct user research, usability studies, and gather feedback to optimize the solution's performance and usability.
- Continuously iterate and improve the user experience based on user feedback and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with architectural guidelines.
- Work closely with technical stakeholders to define integration capabilities and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Provide guidance and support to development teams throughout the implementation process.
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and differentiation.
- Analyze data and metrics to optimize the solution's performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the competitive positioning of the product in the contingent workforce management space.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- 8+ years of product management experience preferably within software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Proven track record of successfully defining and launching enterprise-grade software products.
- Deep understanding of the contingent workforce management space and familiarity with industry-specific challenges and processes.
- Familiarity with HR and workforce management systems, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), human resource information systems (HRIS), and vendor management systems (VMS).
