Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Drupal Developer to join our team.  This is a fully remote opportunity.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Be an important part of ManTech’s on-call schedule, processes, and procedures.

• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to understand troubleshooting, requirements, communicate solutions, and implement specifications according to ManTech’s Best Practices

• Maintain content driven enterprise level web application, implementing user interfaces and back-end functionality for both the users and client authoring experiences.

• Integrate/Troubleshoot with third-party systems utilizing web services, providers, and designing/repairing APIs.

• Ability to create/troubleshoot/repair/upgrade Drupal modules to solve problems.

• Maintain, test, and document cutting edge Drupal based web solutions for our clients.

• Create documentation around processes including deployments, solution audits, data and content migrations, and systems integrations.

• Consistently stay abreast of the leading trends in the industry and integrate the best techniques, tools, and practices into ManTech’s development process

• Implement and maintain standards, practices, and supporting tools to ensure that teams provide a consistent level of service.

 Basic Qualifications:

• BS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

• CompTia Security + certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.

• 7+ years of experience programming in procedural OOP with PHP 7.x+ and 8.1+

• 5+ years of experience working in Drupal 9 or higher.

• Experience creating Drupal modules to solve problems.

• 5+ years of experience working with git branching and merging.

• Experience with production deployments and hosting solutions such as MS Azure

• Foundation in software engineering principles including OOP, code patterns, and SOLID.

• Able to communicate technical concepts effectively to members of cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders.

• Ability to maintain and foster a high-level communication and collaboration, aptitude for building consensus and compromise with your approach, and enthusiasm for introducing new concepts and processes.

• Ability to identify roadblocks, raise these risks, and provide leadership towards resolutions.

• Detail-oriented, motivated, results-driven self-starter that takes initiative.

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal as well as good interpersonal skills.

• Proficient at writing reusable and modular code.

Security Clearance Requirements:

• US citizenship with a secret or ability to obtain up to a secret level clearance.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

• The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $100,800-$168,700. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
