Senior Finance Analyst - Depreciation & Amortization

<p><i><strong>Ford Business Solutions</strong> is looking for a</i></p> <p><i><strong>Senior Finance Analyst – Depreciation &amp; Amortization (D&amp;A)</strong></i></p> <p><i>to join our <strong>Product Development Finance</strong></i><span><i><strong> team </strong> </i></span><i>in our <strong>Szentendre</strong> office.</i></p> <p><i>As a <strong>Financial Analyst</strong> in our global FP&amp;A team, you'll play a key role in forecasting, monitoring, and reporting Depreciation &amp; Amortization (D&amp;A) across multiple regions for our Model E Segment. You'll collaborate closely with teams in Property Accounting, Capital Spending, Product Development, and Corporate Profit Analysis to ensure accurate financial planning and insightful analysis.</i></p> <p><i><strong>What will be your roles and responsibilities in this role?</strong></i></p><ul><li><i><strong>Ownership of D&amp;A Calculations:</strong> Prepare and maintain D&amp;A forecasts, budgets, and actuals for the Model E Segment across multiple regions.</i></li><li><i><strong>Reporting &amp; Insights:</strong> Deliver standard and ad-hoc financial reports to both regional and corporate stakeholders. Translate numbers into meaningful business insights.</i></li><li><i><strong>Variance Analysis:</strong> Identify and explain variances and changes in D&amp;A figures. Allocate costs across regions and segments with clear, fact-based justifications.</i></li><li><i><strong>Cross-functional Collaboration:</strong> Work closely with stakeholders from different business units to stay up-to-date on changes in practices, physical assets, and financial assumptions.</i></li><li><i><strong>Continuous Improvement:</strong> Support the implementation of global D&amp;A processes and proactively suggest improvements or innovations.</i></li><li><i><strong>Support &amp; Mentorship:</strong> Provide backup to other team members as needed and support onboarding or mentoring of junior colleagues.</i></li></ul><p><i><strong>Note:</strong> This is an analysis-focused role.
