As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:
• Performing departmental quality analysis work for lending to ensure staff is meeting or exceeding the service standards and complying with applicable work rules, policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Performing departmental quality call monitoring
• Testing call results and measure a variety of areas to provide feedback to enhance service quality.
Salary Range:
This is a non-exempt position. The starting hourly rate is $29.22 per hour; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.

Schedule:
Normally works a weekday schedule, but may be required to work evenings, holidays, or weekends. May be required to travel overnight with or without notice.

Education/Experience:
An associate degree in business or a related field and three years of experience related to lending, lending regulations, collections, or call monitoring are required. Applicable work experience and/or military experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for one year of education. Applicable additional education levels or relevant but not required certifications may be eligible to satisfy minimum experience requirements.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
1. Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by TFCU’s chosen authority.
2. TFCU University certification.

In order to be successful as a Quality Assurance Specialist, you must possess these qualifications:

1. Strong listening and communication skills.
2. Proficient knowledge of TFCU products, policies, procedures, and governmental regulations.
3. Knowledge of proper telephone etiquette.
4. Ability to use and maintain basic, fundamental office equipment.
5. Ability to use and maintain call center equipment.
6. Ability to exercise good judgment and decision making.
7. Excellent time-management skills.
8. Must be detailed oriented, flexible, and a team player.
