Perhaps, that is you! </p><p><br/> <strong>Who we are: </strong></p><p>Flywire is a global payments enablement and software company, delivering high-stakes, high-value payments across the global education, healthcare, travel and B2B industries.<br/> <br/> Today, we’ve digitized payments for more than 4,000+ global clients in more than 140 currencies across 240 countries and territories around the world.  And, we’re just getting started!</p><p>With over 1,200+ global FlyMates, representing more than 40 nationalities, and in 12 offices world-wide, we’re looking for FlyMates to join the next stage of our journey as we continue to grow.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>The Opportunity:</strong></p><p>We, at Flywire, are seeking an Account Receivable Assistant- who will be responsible for AR and billing accuracy, will provide assistance to customers’ queries and maximize cash flow ensuring an efficient invoice collection.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key responsibility: </strong></p><ul><li>Manage cash application and support bank reconciliations</li><li>Create Customer/ partners invoices based on contractual terms and volumes from various sources</li><li>Review and manage customer contract data</li><li>Support collection activities to ensure timely collection of receivables and keep AR agings current</li><li>Support and manage customer disputes</li><li>Support month end closing tasks</li><li>Provide customer support for billing issues</li><li>Ensure compliance with AR processes and SOX environment</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Here’s What We’re Looking For: </strong></p><ul><li>1 - 2 years of experience in a similar position</li><li>Solid communication skills both verbal and written to be able to effectively communicate finance needs with internal and external parties</li><li>English and Spanish. Other language is a plus</li><li>Natural curiosity and commitment to problem solving</li><li>Analytics skills and attention to detail, while still being able to multitask in challenging situations</li><li>Ability to work independently and with a global team</li><li>Ability to adapt quickly to change</li><li>knowledge of Excel is required.
