MANUFACTURING TECH IV - Chatsworth, IL

Prinsco has an exciting opportunity for a results driven Production Lead 3rd Shift (10:55P-7:00A) in our Chatsworth IL location. This position offers $24-$30 depending on experience. · Operate assigned production equipment, completing start-up/shut-down procedures, operating all assigned production lines in a safe, efficient, & productive manner while maximizing output.

· Perform corrective maintenance, repairs, or changeovers, performing mechanical adjustments to equipment, as needed during production.

• Coordinating daily work assignments of employees on your crew, including leadership in safety and quality.

• Participate in the interview and hiring process to support the growth of the team.

We are looking for the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma required with a minimum of two years of production experience required. 2 year degree and/or supervisory experience preferred.
• In-depth experience with quality processes, inventory management & continuous improvement methodologies.
• Highly organized/detail-oriented with strong influencing skills and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
