Security Specialist "Online" (m/f/d)

As Security Specialist "Online" you will directly report to the Head of customer service within region Central Europe. You are responsible for overseeing and managing loss prevention issues within the E-commerce sector of the H&M brand.

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Reporting and following up on losses within E-commerce for H&M Germany.
• Taking strategic and individual customer account-level actions on booked refunds.
• Continuously working to improve shrinkage results.
• Communicating and collaborating with key stakeholders such as sales, distribution centers, customer service, and global/ regional security regarding issues that impact our shrinkage results and profitability.
• Providing advice on customer service routines that affect our losses.
• Collaborating with legal authorities and law enforcement agencies to bring cases of fraud to prosecution.
• Development and maintenance of Power BI`s used for analytical purposes

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• You are an expert in customer service routines.
• You are confident with data visualization tools, e.g., Power BI or Tableau.
• You have basic knowledge of SQL 
• Basic Knowledge about Python  and data preparation is seen as an asset but not required
• You possess strong communication skills and the ability to convey data insights and their implications to a variety of stakeholders.
• Understand, read, speak and write in English and German 
• You are based in Germany and willing to travel to Nuremberg frequently

The ideal candidate will have a strong business sense to quickly understand issues that are driving our losses and is able to act  on them quickly, to decrease our shrinkage results.
