Position Requirements

What Experience You Need:

• 9+ years' experience in the Financial Services Industry
• Series 7 and 66 required within 6 months of hire
• Insurance license required within 6 months of hire
• CFP designation required (or in progress per department policy)
• Juris Doctorate or other graduate or postgraduate education specializing in complex estate planning highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Law required.
• Ability to interpret and leverage firm advice and guidance to support the branch in creating a tailored solution for each client.
• Proficiency using financial planning software or tools and interpreting results
• Deep understanding of financial planning concepts and application
• Ability to review financial statements, planning documents, and identify planning opportunities.

What Could Set You Apart:

• Advanced degree (MBA, JD, CPA, CFA, or other financial planning specialization).
• Mastery of financial planning, investment strategies, tax planning, and estate planning.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working with HNW clients and complex planning needs.
• Strong analytical ability to assess advanced financial situations and deliver tailored solutions.
• Understanding of Financial Advisor and Branch Team Support Member(s) structure
• Extensive experience dealing with high net worth clients and addressing their complex financial needs.
• Ability to support a financial advisor in evaluating solutions-based strategies for client needs

*Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026. Before June 1, 2026,  candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.
