Responsibilities:

Build a full-cycle media buying team from scratch.
Launch and manage profitable ad campaigns.
Lead, mentor, and scale your own team of media buyers.
Analyze data, optimize campaigns, and implement new traffic strategies.
Ensure consistent profit generation through efficient traffic scaling.

Requirements

Must-haves:
6+ months experience in a Head of Media Buying / Lead Buyer role.
Strong understanding of paid traffic strategies and performance marketing economics.
Proven ability to scale spend with high ROI in competitive verticals.

Nice-to-haves:
6+ months as a Team Lead in a high-performing media buying team (e.g. TD, TS, PVT).
12+ months as a Senior Media Buyer in similar setups with solid performance metrics.
Experience with high-spending campaigns.
