About the role
This position will ensure that the Total Rewards programs are equitable and competitive, aligned with the organizational values and driving business results. This role will be global in scope as we grow and scale the organization. This position will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer.
About the Team
The Human Resources department is a client services organization that works to serve 2 primary clients: the employees and the business. As such, we aim to be 3rd party neutrals who evaluate each client’s needs individually as well as in conjunction with each other to provide fair and equitable proactive consultative advice and solutions in an attempt to benefit both. The People Operations team services the combined companies across the functions of employee relations, talent acquisition, HR operations, talent management, health and welfare benefits, HRIS, compensation, worker’s compensation, performance management, learning and development, and project management.
What will you be doing?
Working with the Chief HR Officer, design, develop, and implement a compelling Total Reward strategy in line with Auctane’s cultural values. This person will be responsible for communicating and educating Auctane’s HR team, leadership team and workforce on the Company’s total reward offering. They will continue to evaluate and educate Auctane leadership on market trends and recommend enhancements and changes to Auctane’s total reward package so as to ensure the Company’s ability to hire and retain top talent.
- Compensation:
- Define a compensation strategy to be used as the basis for market pay analysis & reviews
- Work with the CHRO to design and implement a market-based leveling framework
- Work with the CHRO to design and roll out annual short term incentive plans
- Recommend and participate in compensation surveys and analyze Auctane’s market position
- Develop compensation bands for roles across the organization
- Advise Auctane’s Talent Acquisition and Leadership teams on competitive employment offers
- Work with the CHRO to develop and roll out Auctane’s annual merit cycle
- Equity:
- Work with CHRO and Leadership Team to develop an Equity Compensation strategy as well as a more structured ongoing equity program
- Ensure ongoing equity analysis and benchmarking
- Manage administration of Auctane’s equity program
- Benefits
- Review Auctane’s benefit package and make recommendations for improvement/change
- Own relationship with Auctane’s benefit brokers and evaluate new providers as necessary
- Own Auctane’s 401(k) program
- Implement and manage new benefit programs
- Management
- Manage a team consisting of Compensation, Benefits, and Equity professionals expanding as necessary and in line with business growth.
- Potential for running a Shared Services function
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, or data or related field
- 10+ years working in Compensation & Benefits, ideally in a Global organization
- Familiarity with HRIS tools.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR principles, related laws/regulations, and compliance.
- Experience working in a high growth organization
- Experience building new compensation and benefits programs from the ground up
- Experience working in working in a Private Equity backed Company a plus
- Executive Compensation experience
