High Horse Saloon – Where the fun is!   Job Description: Saddle up and join the crew at High Horse Saloon, an old western style restaurant & bar known for its warm hospitality, rustic charm, and top-shelf selection of spirits. We are seeking an experienced Late-Night Cocktail Server to join our team and bring exceptional service to our lively evening crowd. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in craft cocktails, understands a refined range of beers and spirits, and thrives in a high-energy environment. Must be available for late-night shifts, including weekends and holidays   Responsibilities: 

• Provide prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable service to all guests
• Offer guidance on our selection of craft cocktails, whiskeys, and other spirits
• Serve a variety of traditional craft cocktails, draft, and bottled beers
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Manage transactions accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with bar and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
• Uphold High Horse Saloon’s standards of hospitality and professionalism 

 
Certifications Required:
Possess or obtain Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) compliance through Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) and the California Food Handler’s permit.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21+ with experience in a high-volume atmosphere (nightclub a plus). 
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktail recipes and bar service
• A warm, professional demeanor and strong customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, late-night environment
• A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
