Who We Want
The Sr. HR Generalist will support Human Resources and Talent initiatives that promote a positive and thriving organizational culture. This position will be the primary contact for all Talent related questions, serving as a HR generalist in all areas of human resources while supporting the areas of stakeholder relations, policies, reporting, HR operations, and talent initiatives.
What To Expect
- Main point of contact for stakeholders and managers for HR and Talent related items including answering questions, providing department support, and forwarding requests to appropriate HR team members as needed (Benefits, Recruiting, Payroll, etc.).
- Responsible for administration of stakeholder life cycle, including new hire onboarding items, background checks, system processing, document and policy management, I-9 verifications, metric reporting, offboarding process and terminations, etc.
- Accountable for stakeholder data operations in preparation for accurate payroll processing including reporting, time-off, time & attendance, leave of absences, new hires, reimbursement programs, terminations, data sets, reconciliation, etc.
- Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and local employment regulations, policies, and procedures, including required reporting, FLSA, DOL, EEO, ADA, FMLA, etc.
- Completion of data reconciliation and audits of paperwork, compliance requests, etc.
- Assist with stakeholder relations including performance management tracking and follow-up, performance review cycle completion, ethics reporting hotline maintenance, performance documentation, professional conduct program, termination discussions, etc.
- Cross functional support of major talent work as needed, including onboarding, leave management, benefits, and HRIS project management.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness through independent review from periodic audit reports.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

- Knowledge of HR regulations and employment law
- Comfort handling complex problems while escalating issues to a manager when necessary
- Inherent and intentional customer service skills
- Organized, detail oriented, able to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
