Description
As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients. You will need to be able to answer questions, handle complaints, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Providing solutions to client problems and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions in our customer management system
- Staying up-to-date with our products and services to provide accurate and effective support to clients
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure a seamless client experience
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and professional during difficult interactions
- Familiarity with customer management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of customer service experience

Requirements
- Answering phones
- Scheduling appointments
- Checking clients in and out
- Putting in refill requests where necessary
- General cleaning of the front office
- Communicating with the doctors and vet assistants about patients and clients concerns, promptly.
- Communicating with your practice manager/s about any complaints so they can be properly handled
- Accurately documenting charts
- Making sure charges are put in correctly
Veterinary experience is appreciated but not required.
