Currently, Naval Aviation Division is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Logistics Analyst to join our team in the San Diego, CA area.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Report to the Manager each workday to see if there are any issues that need immediate attention.
Attend Staff Meeting to address workload.
Visit squadron and rescreen ADB and ensure pre IMC/P requirements are being completed and assist with procuring what may be needed to ensure pre IMC/P requirements are completed. Document any discrepancies that may delay or impact and notify the customer.
Monitor the progress of each aircraft in the IMC/P process, informing TYCOM, MAW, MAG, AMO’s on incoming aircraft material condition, incoming aircraft
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate degree with 7 years of experience in logistics management, technical, or program analysis
Hands-on knowledge of maintenance & supply integrated concept
Experience monitoring the process of each aircraft in the Integrated Maintenance Concept (IMC) logistics requirements needed to support the H-53 aircraft
Clearance Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship required and an active Secret Clearance
In addition, this position may require an additional background screening for base access
Physical Requirements:
Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as the copy machine/computer printer
Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time
Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery
