Job Summary:

The ERP Optimization and Support Directorate is part of Operations Excellence and I4.0.  This team is responsible for supporting Operations with their use of SAP which includes helping users with usage of SAP across Production, Operations Engineering, shop floor, Production Control, Warehouse, Shipping, Depot , Tooling etc.  This department also coordinates, tests and delivers all enhancements with Enterprise Services as well as participates in I4.0 and enterprise initiatives such as the SAP S4 HANA project.

What You Will Do

  • Representing Raytheon at RTX level meetings
  • Coordinating participants across functions to be part of SAP discussions and workshops
  • Participation in S4 HANA global blueprinting
  • Participation in S4 HANA local blueprinting
  • Reporting out to high level executives in Raytheon, Enterprise Services and RTX.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience
  • In depth knowledge of Raytheon programs, factories, and processes
  • In depth knowledge of Raytheon’s implementation of SAP
  • Executive level presentation

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Engineering or Operations related degree
  • 10 years experience with a defense contractor that uses SAP
